I have managed to get users to dial in via PTSN to retrieve their voice mails, this is done via a TP in the CUCM pointing to the pilot number of the CUC.
However the greeting that is played is the standard attempt forward message, there is no where where they can enter their extension and PIN, so that they can retrievce their own messages. I must be missing something out here. Any ideas?
