Retry External Busy calls automatically

Dear all.

Our client has migrated from Tenovis Avaya to CUCM.

Back then he had a feature where it was possible for the system to retry a call from his phone to an external party if previously busy.

Does such a feature exist on CUCM?

Or does the JTAPI API allow for this possibility?

Standard system does not have this feature..

Using external application / API it might be possible with the related costs and complications, you can try asking on developer.cisco.com
