Solved: Rightfax integration with Cisco VG over PRI trunk

Hi,

Anybody has done the integration mentioned in the subject line. My layer 1 is showing active but layer 2 status is showing TEI_ASSIGNED. Configuration has been attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mohammed,

I doubt very much if the rightfax end of the PRI will be the network end.

Change you config at the router end to be the NETWORK

Layer 2 is mulitframe established after adding the below command, but now the call goes through From VG to Right FAX only once in a while and viceversa also is not working. It keeps giving busy signal. Below is the debug isdn outputs.

This may be due to the wrong ISDN switch type at one of the ends

You are set to use

interface Serial0/0/1:15

isdn switch-type primary-net5

Are you sure this is what the Right FAX is set to ?
