Ringmaster Issue

Hi,

Company is having a strange issue with their Ringmaster v5 - if anyone out there has experience in this.....

They have Ringmaster setup to dynamically learn extension numbers which are then automatically put into groups depending on which part of the company they work in. There is an "Unassigned Number" group that should only contain extensions that are valid extensions but for whatever reason are not assigned automatically to a group.

Problem is there is about 1000 numbers in this Unassigned group that are not even extension numbers or for that matter anywhere on Call Manager. There are various extensions i.e

++ 1  (??)

++ 21 (??)

++ 1850123123 (external PSTN number)

++ 1654654 (external PSTN number)

++ 2222222222222^  (??)

++ 91123123 (seems to be a dialed number as we use 9 to get outside line)

++8555187956 (looks like 2 extensions joined together)

We opened a case with Ringmaster and sent them the raw data of the call containing "1" that Ringmaster gets from CM and they said that CM is sending this as an extension e.g taken for raw data (Inc. Trnk:4:86.1.0.123 Extn:4:0001 (Recorded) and further to that they say that any number that is marked "extension" HAS to have been sent by CM the same as the above example

TAC is asking for CUCM traces of an example call but when we check Ringmaster extension 1 has only been dialed 6 times all year....so chances of getting CM traces is tiny and Ringmaster is washing thier hands of it (their fix is to disable dynamic learning but this is unworkable due to the size of the company)

Has anyone with Ringmaster experience run into this issue or knows why this is happening or even better how to fix it?
