Any help regarding this issue will be greatly appreciated
I set the ringtone on all extensions to chrip as the default sunrise is to soft to hear in our work environment and calls get missed. Within the week the ringtone will have reverted back to sunrise for all extensions.
I have not been able to find anything related to this online but I cant be the only one with this happening as it is an issue impacting across multiple sites with up to 15 phones.
