RTMT ISSUE !!!!!

Hi All,

The RTMT is not able to connect to publisher while configuring the syslog.

but the subscribers syslog configuration is completed successfully.

Please help how to make RTMT to reach Publisher.

As per the error pop up we dont have any dns configured in our cluster.

Kindly help me out.

Just a thought : seeing the error message , can u try entering Publisher IP address followed by hdc3pub in Machine in LMHOSTS wehere RTMT is running?

it is located in windows \system32\drivers\etc\,

Are u able to ping PUBlisher  from PC where RTMT is installed by using hostname [ping hdc3pub] ?

Yes Aman i am able to reach the publisher.

Its working fine for subscribers.

What is CUCM version u are using ? Is Publisher, Subscriber , PC on which RTMT is running and Syslog server placed at same site ?

was this working earlier or any change u did?
