RTMT logs: Preservation Mode

What RTMT logs do I need to capture in order to investigate when a phone when into Preservation Mode?

Corresponding CallManager logs and Event Viewer Application and System logs from All Servers in the CUCM Cluster  along with PRT from the device that falls into Preservation Mode:
