I have had my first occasion to need RTMT v15 and was a little surprised to see it's not an installer anymore but rather a folder with a run.bat file to launch the app. I have previous versions of RTMT working fine on my Windows 11 box thanks to the great tips in this post, and when I launch RTMT v15 using the run.bat it does load, but the window is super small, to the point where I have difficulty even reading it. I had this same issue with RTMT v14 in Windows 11, and the fix (found in that previously referenced post) was to go to the Compatibility tab on the EXE for RTMT and "Change high DPI settings" to "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:" and setting it to "System (Enhanced)". The problem with RTMT v15 is it's not an EXE so I don't have option. I created a shortcut to the run.bat which gives you some more options, but it doesn't give you the Compatibility tab. Any Windows 11 gurus have suggestions?
