RTP Generation

Are there any free RTP generator tools out there to use. I need to stress test a network without using actual phones. Any ideas would be great. The test needs to be done from site to site over a ppp connection or wireless PtoP connection. Data is fine right now and throughput is approximately at 5Mb. I want to user g711 for testing purposes but G729 probably will be the final codec. I'm needed to verify basic call quality, such as jitter and end to end delay.

Looks like that has an restricted evalution. Better than nothing. Overall sounds like a pretty solid product. Any other ideas? Everything I found on the web has a steep price. I thought network general's sniffer could do it.
