Dear Friends,
We configured a sip trunk from our CUCM8.6 cluster to our remote office cluster (MPLS connectivity).
Codec used G729 both side.
when call established from remote cluster to our side we able to talk each other
but when call is established form our cluster to remote cluster call is getting connected and we are able hear the ringnig of the otherside phone
but once phone is picked up there is no voice . " no RTP stream establishing"
output of IP Phone ?( Help) : No packets receive/transmit , codec not displayed (no values displayed).
what will be the reason for this?
how to resolve this issue?
Anyone please help ASAP.
Thanks in advance

Vigeesh,
If I understand correctly there is no audio when calls are made to remote cluster after the call gets connected. When the calls are made from remote cluster things are fine.
Make a test calls to the remote site and collect the packet capture from both the IP phones and attach it so that I can have a look and we can understand why RTP is not being eshtablished.
Also share the following details :
1) IP asddress of both CUCM clusters.
2) IP address of both IP phones.

Dear All,
Issue resolved!!
Our remote client claims issue resolved once they recreated the SIP trunk form the remote site.
Thanks
