Russian characters in DN string

Hello.

I have a rather simple question. we need to display russian characters ( only line names on DN configuration page) on our 9971 screens. Do we need to get russian network-local files or something for this? We have 2951 and CUCM 8.5

You would need to install the user locale file onto call manager (or you can used the combined locale file), which contains both the network and user locale files.  Basically the user locale will update the phone's display to be in russian, while the network locale will cause the ring back tone to be different, possibly different dial tone, as well as the annunciator will be in russian.
