sAMAccountName Sync

Hi there !

I have created a new LDAP Directory to Sync with Microsoft AD.

It has Its own LDAP User Search Base (CN=_UnifiedC,OU=IPTelephony,DC=test,DC=com)

In the Microsoft AD, I have added a few users in that group.

What is the correct filter rule to select any user inside that Base ?

Should it work ? I’m trying, but it’s not...

(| (sAMAccountName=*)

It's easier to define which users are synced from AD/LDAP by settting those permissions on the user you're using for the sync.

Just give read permissions over the users/OUs you want to sync
