I have a Gateway connected to 29XX router for SIP Calls, same gateway has FXO port. Can i use the same loopback interface(IP is registered as SIP trunk in CUCM) to bind H323?

Yes, since SIP and H323 are completely different protocols and operate using different TCP/UDP port numbers you can use the same loopback interface.

You can use same loop back address for both protocols .Loop back interface is virtual interface and when it is in use, packets can binding H.323 with loopback interface. If we use virtual interface no need to worry like physical port, it would not go down.
same loop back address you can use for sip& H323

is it possible to use two different SIP loopback IPs for two different SIP trunks on the same router?
