Hi everyone,
recently I have been trying to configure a Cisco 7942 and Cisco 7821 to be using the same number.
Either I can configure Cisco 7942 to be using SIP, which I do not know how to, and I have other 7942 in the office using SCCP.
Otherwise, I will have to configure in the ephone-dn for the 7942 phone with the command, "shared-line SIP", and configure voice register dn for the 7821 with the command "shared-line". However, only the 7942 will be ringing, but the 7821 does not ring.
Anyone has the solution to both the problems above?
