Screen of the phone flashes automatically

Hi Guys,

the screen of the ip phone 7975 when in power shaver mode  flashes automatically when there is no call or anything..

is there is any keepalives for that which can play with,,

Hi Hamid.

I had same problems with our 7970.

In my case it was about firmware.

After upgrade it was OK.

What version you are using on it?

"Settings" button   -Model Information   -Load File name please.
