CUCM version 5.1(3)
Hello,
We are facing a problem in the IP phone corporate directory.
Due to a LDAP synchronisation, DN are stored and presented with a dash ("-") character in the directory (ex 67-8585).
When we try to do a search on the IP phone based on the phone number (exemple 67-8…), we can't enter the "-" dash character (only numbers are working).
If we enter the number 678 (whitout the character) the result is empty.
How can we proceed to search using the "-" character ?
Thanks in advance.
Philippe

this functionality has been enhanced with:
CSCsx29327 Number search func is not able to handle multiple number formats
This should be present in these versions:
7.1(2) (and up)
7.0.2.10102-1 (ES)
7.0.1.21021-2 (ES)
6.1(4) (and up)
6.1(3b)su1 (SU = 6.1.3.3190-1)
6.1.3.2102-1 (ES)
6.1.2.1138-1 (ES)
So this fix is not present in 5.1(3), to get this enhanced an upgrade will be required.
