One of the user has two extensions associated.
1011- own extension
1012 - general/shared extension
On extension 1011, calls are forwarded to the user's mobile handset number.
Is it possible to do the same with the shared extension? Meaning, if and when the shared
extension 1012 rings & it goes unanswered by all the users involved, can it divert & then
ring this users mobile phone instead?
How can this be achieved? Appreciate all inputs.
