Security on IP Phones

Hi,

I have already installed a CTL Client and phones do not register with de CUCM while applying Security (security mode cipher).

Following steps are done:

- CUCM in Mixed Mode (Cluster Security Mode 1)

- Cisco CTL Client installed with two Tokens

- Reset CUCM

- Device Security Profile´s phone  with a Secure Profile

What do you think would be the problem ?

Glad you found it yourself and shared, the last step in the CTL client tells you to restart CCM and TFTP on all nodes.

Fix it !!!

Have to reset Call Manager and TFTP in Serviciability, not just CM in System.
