Send Faxes to extension phone using RightFax server

Hi,

We have the below scenario:

RightFax extension ---> Cisco Gateway ---> PSTN ---> Company greeting message  ---> dial fax extension ---> send fax

I want to know how we be able to send fax to fax extension in other companies

for example:

i want to send fax to 6906900 Ext 1500 from Rightfax, how to do that ?

From within RightFax, you can create custom dial strings and/or complete dialing rules. 

Your users can use the comma in the dial string to add pauses to an outbound fax call (ie 770-555-1212,,,,,,,1234#) te sever commas wil add a roughly 7 second pause then dial 1234 and the # to the call.

It is just a matter of trial and error to put in the correct number of one second pauses in the dial string.
