SEP<MAC Address>.cnf.xml file ifs not creating after registering manually by using mac address, Still my phone is loading only default config file :(

can some help me on this ?

Start by mentioning what call control agent, and version, you use, and not just the problem

Hi Jaime

i am using CME 8.8 version.

now i am able to get SEP<>.cnf.xml file from CME, but i have to type "create cnf-files version-stamp 7942" command for each phone, after that only SEP<>.cnf.xml file is creating in TFTP server. I am using external TFTP server.
