Hello, experts!
I upgraded CCM 4.1 to CCM 6.1.2.1000-13. I got the licence from cisco.com for nodes and units. But the Service Cisco CallManager periodically goes down. Phones do not get registered at all.

Did you have the feature license ?
If not , you can contact licensing team at cisco

As above, you need a SW feature license from you go from m 4/5 to 6.x
