I have recently bought CISCO SPA504G, I am new to setting up ip phones so need your guidance in this.
Q1: I am using sipgate basic for my ip phone, I need to enable MOH on the IP Phone, I just want the default CISCO Music to play but it remains blank whenever I put someone on hold the caller does not hear anything. I tried putting imusic in MOH Server but that did not work, is there anyway to achieve this without any difficulty?
Q2: I do not have the famous CHIRP 1 Ringotne on my SPA 504 G Despitre upgrading the firmwave of it to 7.6, I cannot find the CISCO Ringtone Utility either, Please share the ringtone utility with me and also guide me how to get CHIRP ringtone on my phone.
