Setting up DHCP server on UCM 6.1

Hi guys,

Currently i setting up my CM 6.1. After setting up the DHCP server and subnet on the administration page of the CM and the switch helper address that points to the server ip. But my phone still shows configuring ip. Can anyone enlighten me what else i need to configure? Thanks

is the DHCP service running on that server??

have you checked routing all the way??

Hi,

Based on other conversation, I set the dhcp server on the switch level then it works. Is that shows that the CM server can't do DHCP?

Now I encounter host not found when i trying to retrieve directory. You have any clues on this? Thanks
