Setting up IVR DID to forward to SIP trunk

Hello, We currently use Cisco CUCM 10.x, mainly SCCP. One of our departments purchased Selectron IVR. They asked me to create a SIP trunk and assign it to the server. I have done that but am now stuck on how assign a DID for customers to call that will then go through the SIP trunk to the server.

Any help would be great and have a great day!

Hi Eddie,

It should be easy.Based on the number of digits the CUCM gets from service provider.

If you get all 10 digits then you can direclty match to a route pattern which will have a route list-route group- pointing to the SIP trunk.

Route group will contain the SIP trunk which will be assigned to route list and then to the route pattern.
