Shared line between SIP Phone & SCCP Phone

My customer has a SIP-Phone (Nokia E61) that share a line with SCCP-Phone and he asked me if the SIP Phone can ring 5 second after SCCP.

Is it possible?

the concept of a shared line is to have all phones receive the same call signaling at the same time, not possible
