Shared Media, Groups or Lists

I have a small number of Media Resource Groups and Media Resource Group Lists.

We now have New Media resource which I would like to share with everyone.

Should I add the new resource to the existing Media Resource Groups.  Alternatively create a New Media Resource Group, add the New Resource to this group, then include the new Group in the existing Media Resource Group Lists?

I believe both methods would work, but is there a prefered way?

Also is there any issues if a combination of both is done?

My guess would be to add this to the existing Groups (less resources used), but if a create a seperate group I have move control of the New resource.

Either works, if you add the resources they will be used in round robin fashion among other similar resources within the same MRG.

If you create a new MRG and add it to the MRGL they will be used once the resources from previous listed MRGs are exhausted.

It depends on how you need to use them, all the time or when preferred resources are exhausted.
