Hello,

Iam new in VoIP world, Can we share a specific feature in the call manager, on other hand can we make application user can administrat number of phones and create another application user administrate other number of phones and each user dont have any conrol on other phones?

Yes, you would associate a set of phones to appuser1 and another set of phones to appuser2. The association is done under the application user config page.
