There is an intermittent problem that calls from PSTN to IPT site starts with silence for 5 to 10 sec.

the call may disconnect or the PSTN caller hang up

If H323, you should have this command in your IOS gateway which will provide immediate audio cutthrough:

voice rtp send-recv

Dear Dave

Thanks for your interest . But the command is already exists. But i doubt the the call setup if being fast start or slow. And since the GW config. on the CCM not Enable inboud fast start , so i made the GW " h323 , call start slow ". and waiting for the results.
