Hello. We are running CUCM 10.5, currently not integrated with LDAP. I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but I shall ask anyway: Is there any way to push any fields from CUCM to Microsoft AD? From what I can tell, only AD can push info to CUCM. Our issue is that we did not have a dedicated VoIP person for several years before I took over, so CUCM was an absolute mess. To add to the messiness, Our ERP system has not been accurately pushing phone numbers to AD, so if I were to synch CUCM with AD right now, AD would probably push many wrong extensions into CUCM. The only solution I see is me having to manually update all accounts in AD and then synch with CUCM. If anyone has any better ideas, they would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
