Simple AA or B-ACD with CCM4.2

Is there any solution to integrate a basic AutoAttendant or ACD with CCM4.2 ?

I've already tested with an B-ACD Tcl script with an IOS Version 12.4(24)T2 but no success.

I already tested also with a CUE 7.0 but no success.

The diagram flow is like this :

PSTN <-> VoiceGateway <-H323  in G711 <-> CUCME with B-ACD <-forward to Operator in H323 G711ulaw-> CCM4

When operator make transfert, then call from pstn is droped automatically.

Voice service voip in each router is configured

MTP, TXCode are configured.

Any solution??

Look at my post on Aug 23, 2010 11:06 AM.  I asked for debugs during a failure to see what was occurring.

But as I mentioned previously, it probably isn't a supported design by development, since the menu options are designed to point to hunt groups on CME, and not across H323 trunks.  But like I mentioned, if you have the highest hunt option configured for a destination-pattern, it should go out the h323 trunk and likely should work (in theory).

You will need CUBE configured (h323 to h323) for this scenario.  Ensure h450.2 and h450.3 are disabled on CUBE.  If you have a codec mismatch anywhere, make sure you aren't using voice-class codec and you have a transcoder registered to the device where the mismatch occurs.
