Hi All,

Is there a way for the EU to change the number that is used for SNR for e.g they have it set to their mobile and they want it going to thier landline for some reason, is there a way that the EU can make this change without an IT Admin changing it on CUCM?

Thanks for your responce, that was fantastic help.

I am trying to setup SNR on in my CME lad i have found the configuration on the www but the commands it wants me to use are

mobility

snr 1004 delay 5 timeout 15 cfwd-noan 1001

neither mobility or snr are options under the ephone-dn

I am using the full 8.0 cme.

Any help would be appreciative
