SIP Call No Video

I am setting up a unified comms system and have deployed two Cisco DX80's. Calling between the two provides audio but not video. I get a message on both that say the remote device does not support video. I have the same issue when calling externally (have tried loopback@cisco.com and video.tac@cisco.com). The location for both devices is Hub_none and they are part of a region that provides bandwidth of 256/2000/3200 for audio/video/immersive. Video calling is enabled in the device config. Call flow below, can provide further SIP messages if need be. I'm not sure if there's something obvious I haven't done or unknowingly have done, I'm new to all of this.

[7]: 200 OK looks much the same as the SIP message below but [8]: ACK has only the audio info, the video info seems to have been stripped or is missing.

Got this fixed by increasing the SIP message size and header size settings on the CUCM.
