SIP Fail-over. no outbound calls

I have (2) cubes routers at different locations. (1) in DC and the other in Dallas, they both have SIP trunk connected to them via CUCM 10.5. Fail-over from our DC location to Dallas works fine. The RTP traverse through the WAN as normal. Dallas fail-over does not work, I can receive in bound calls but get a fast busy when trying to get out.

I do the calls hitting the Dallas cube but they just stay there. The cube routers have a DS3 Connection into Verizon.

Please help

Hi Tracy,

To help on this one, we'd need configs from both CUBEs and debug voice ccapi inout, and debug ccsip messages from the time when you test the failover, including time of the test and calling and called  numbers.
