SIP Normalization script

Hi - need help please

I am new to SIP script writing, I have telephone extension range 9123456xx (indial range) and 7123456xx (non indial range - does not have a PSTN number used for our internal use only).

Extension with the range 9123456xx can make SIP outgoing calls via our carrier.  But when the other range 7123456xx tries to make calls via our carrier, the calls are rejected by our carrier.  I queried this with our carrier and they advised that they will only allow calls from our indial range.  Is there any way I can change the calling number to another number in our indial range.

Thanks and regards Suzy

Hi Suzy ,

What is your infrastructure ? Call Manager , with Cube ...

If you have a Call Manager then you can play with the Transformation partition/CSS so that you can map your non-indial range 7123456xx to a specific number of your 9123456xx .

Then you can apply your CSS as Calling Transformation CSS on your Gateway/ Cube .
