Hi All,
I have problem with 9951 phone, when we receive multiple calls at a time, i try to pick up the 2nd line but it always answering the 1st line which was ringing first. i even press the 2nd line but it still picks up the 1st line. please help me to fixed this problem, i don't understand why even if i manually choose the correct line it still picks up whichever line rang first.

you have 4 lines on that phone, if you dial 100 on dn1 and then have someone else dial 100 again, it will ring dn1 again, that is as expected. you cnt pick up a call on 100 from dn 101.

when two line ring simultaneously with different dn (100 and 101) i cannot receive the 101 even if i push the 101 line button, this call from 100 takeover this call anytime. because 100 line rang first.
