SIP TO SIP with IP2IP GW disconnects on transfer

Hi

I have a call manager box talking to the PSTN via SIP SP.

My Ip2Ip GW sits in the middle so i have

CCM4.2 -> SIP IP2IP GW -> SIP to SP

If is make or receive a call everything is good if i then transfer the call on to another phone after about 15 secs of the call being OK it disconnects.

If i change it to CCM4.2 -> H323 IP2IP GW -> SIP to SP

Everything is fine, its only when i use SIP all the way through which is what i want to do for other reasons..

Anyone got any ideas what it could be??

Lets see the ip-to-ip gw's config and the output of 'debug ccsip all' while the call gets disconnected.
