Wondering if you could help me out...
I have a SIP trunk that is used exclusively for outbound calling. I am running into an issue where if a number is dialed that is "out of service" the phone will return a busy tone. This causes confusion for the end users as they can't tell if the line is actually busy or just out of service.
I am using a CUBE gateway connected directly to the internet to our provider. Phones are all registered to a CUCM system running 8.6. When I dial the same "out of service" numbers on our PRI (same CUCM system) we get the proper "out of service" message.
Any idea where I should start? (The ccsip debugs I've run don't seem to show anything - We do have ~75 callers making outbound calls during office hours today so it's a bit difficult to find errors that may relate to my test calls) Any tips/advice would be amazing.
