Sip trunk config issues

Hi

I'm using a unified 500 to configure a sip trunk via the configuration assistant application.

I get no incoming calling or outgoing calling but when I do a 'debug ccsip message' I can see the incoming call hitting the router. I have attached this output in the attachment 'log-dial-in'.

Any pointers greatly appreciated

I'm sure it's now working outbound but not inbound.

Hi Craig,

I would make sure that the ACL in this configuration:

!

voice source-group CCA_SIP_SOURCE_GROUP

access-list 2

translation-profile incoming SIP_Incoming

!

It needs to be accurate, otherwise you will have this behavior. From the looks of it, you have 91.195.228.20 but the invite comes from 91.85.231.114

hth,

nick

Hi, I have checked and I'm sure it is correct. The 114 address is the system. When I call the number I get the info in the debug.

Hi Craig,

Access list 2 doesn't have that IP address.
