I'm new to collaboration and have some basic deployment experience with Cisco Telepresence units. Recently, I've started working with Cisco IP Phones and CUCM. I've been able to register phones, create partitions, CSS, and calls are taking place internally. No problem with that.
Recently I've been assigned to configure SIP trunk from ITSP at a client's premises. We have 100+ phones, CUCM, ISR 4321 (Voice Gateway/CUBE), and ITSP connection. And this is all new to me. As of now, I have only worked with internal calls and have no experience with these. I've been studying but I'm getting all confused with E1/T1/PSTN/ISDN/POTS/DSL and all these.
Client has an ISP connection already, the ITSP service is from a different company and the ITSP provider did not lay any cable from their end. It seems that our CUBE router will connect to the ITSP through the already existing ISP connection.
ITSP has provided the following information:
========================================================
IP Phone No. Password
09606950986 6198dtrxAer
09606950987 62crfNXif13
09606950535 2axdCG67N
09606808080 4834s5$F32Z
(IP Phone number/User Name/ PIN are same eg:( 09606950986 )
Software Download link : http://agni.com/soft_phones.php
Operator code : 46656
SIP Domain/Server : iptsp.agni.com (202.53.163.27)
Codec: alaw/ulaw
Port: 5060

I've already configured the internal part and everybody's already placing internal calls. But now I have to configure the system with the above information given from ITSP. Can you guys please help me out? Any guideline/videos/resource material will help me.
Please note that here ISP is one company (Aamra Technologies) and ITSP is another (Agni Systems). We only have connection from ISP, ITSP didn't provide any physical connection to us. I know I'm talking silly, as I don't quite understand the system right now. I need help.
Thanks in advance!
