Hi,
The SIP is between CallManger 8.6 and Avaya, the probleme is when I want to make a call from Avaya to CallManager I receive unallocate nr.

On your SIP trunk configuration on CUCM , please check the below:-
A- check on Significant Digits "select the no.of your digits for your EXT", for example if your internal Exts consists of 5 digits , select 5. For 2XXXX , select 5 and for 2XXX , select 4.
B-Check your CSS , if this reach to your internal users.For example , if your phones uses CSS_Internal , you have to use CSS_internal to allow calls rech to your EXTs.
C-After you edit , please reset the trunk.

Hello Gabriel,
Could you please provide the detailed CCM traces for a non-working test call, with calling number and called number and time of call? As it is SIP trunk, you can use 'Session Trace' feature to check the calls and logs.
Please crosscheck if partition of the phone DN is added to the inbound css (CSS_National)
