I have an asa between cucm and phones which is doing skinny inspect. There has been an issue where skinny setup packets are dropped, but the firewall has been retransmitting the lost packets. This has caused cucm to set up the call but there was no voice for 4 secs as cucm does not see a problem i.e no dropprd packets.
Is it normal behavior for the asa to do this ????
