small office ip telephony jabber

Hello,

help me please, the client want to use Cisco Jabber and some cisco phone in his small business , very small about 15 users. The goals is audio/video call, im, presence, a/v conferencing jabber only, PSTN calls over SIP. 

As i know cisco jabber required cucm server and presence which is included to cucm start with 10 version. 

How much is it costs approximately?  Which license model must be used :CUWL, UCL in such case.
