Hi,
I've this following setup
A1 and A2 on CUCM
B is external phone and configured as remote destination for A2.
A2 is monitored for call Recording via JTAPI,
Call Scenario:
When A1 calls A2, and B answers the call, The events that gets delivered to my jtapi clients doesn't include any information regarding remote destination.
Also, when A2 registers, the JTAPI receives DeviceRegisteredEventWithLinkInfo, but the remotedestinationsInfo is set to NULL.
is this bug with the implementation or I'm missing anything ?
Is there a way get the remote destination information in JTAPI for such a scenario ?
