Hello there,
We are experiencing an issue with softkey position in 8821 phones. We send a text message with a softkey on 1st position using CiscoIpPhoneText XML. Even though softkey is supposed to show in left most softkey position, it shows in the opposite position. While the same xml sent to Cisco phone 7925 shows softkey in desired position.
Is there any special settings/configuration involved in this behavior?
