Softkeys as speed dial

Can the four softkeys on a 7975 series phone be programmed to be speed dials? Thanks!

No, they cannot.  At least, not as part of normal operations.  Technically, one can build an XML service that has softkeys which are speed dials, but that would not likely be of interest. 

Note that there in an abbreviated dialing feature, that does leverage a softkey "Abbr Dial" and allows a user to define up to 99 abbreviated dialing positions.
