We are having an random issue where occasionally, when a mulicast group page is sent, it locks a phone. It is random as its not a particular phone or port and it doesn't happen everytime a group page is sent. The phones are using the latest fimware available. When this occurs, the phone display shows "Connected 0:00:00" and locks up. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue with this or any of the SPA500 series phones. Thanks.
