SPA502G and CUCM 8

Hi Guys, i am trying to register a cisco SP502G on our CUCM 8.6 as a third party sip device with no luck, We could register a polycom soundpoint ip 550, and i'm wondering if  this is possible? if so please can you point me to the right direction.

Hi Oscar.
You can register both devices as sip third party phone.
You have to make sure to create an end user for each device, create a DN and associate an end user to each dn.
On client side you have to place the DN number as username and display name and the end user ( created in cucm and associated with the DN specified as username) as authorization username.
