We can't get speed dial to work with FAC.
Here's the scenario: We want to setup speed dial for WebEx conference calls.
We enter the call in number as: 9888XXXXXXX,,YYYYYYY#,WWWW. "Y" is the meeting code and "W" is the PIN.
The call connects with WebEx but, the meeting number and PIN are ignored.
Our CUCM version is 10.5
Phones are 8945 with firmware v. 9-4-1-9. All desk phones are SCCP, (skinny) protocol.
By all reading I’ve done, it should work.
I’ve setup the commas to allow a 4 second delay before the FAC starts but, either CUCM or WebEx is ignoring the added dialing. I tried the speed dial and as soon as the connection is made with WebEx, I manually started adding the FAC and it will go through, if I use the phone keypad.
If we dial the content from Outlook, (as a contact) the speed dial works.
What is going wrong?
