Your dsp card is either gone for sleep or shuts down, if you keep collecting those logs did the pvdm4 card recovers and return back to work or it just shutdown for ever ? What happens after restarting the hole device ?

After restarting the router the communication is back to normal.

Hi,

is there any voice quality issues occur ( on the period of 14 sec ) befor this times out shows up ? Just like ( one way voice, echo , noise channel ).

Hi,

There is compatibility, cant figure out if there is hardware issue and cant figure out if there is software bug. now Im waiver, we have to wait someone from Cisco to tell us how to troubleshoot this. OR, if you have another Cisco router with pvdm4 card, i recommend to swap dsp cards between them and see if the fault moves with it.

We believe the bug CSCuu40514 corresponds to our problem.

I'll change for IOS : isr4300-universalk9.03.17.01.S.156-1.S1-std.SPA.bin
