Speed Dials Lock up

Hi Guys,

I am experiencing a problem with speed dials locking up. This only occurs if a user presses the speed dial key and hangs up before the call connects to the remote destination. If trying to use the speed dial again they lock up for indefinate periods of time.If going off hook before/after pressing the speed dial key and hanging up again, they do not lock up and are fine.

This is CME....any ideas ??

The reason for the speed dials getting locked may be that the end call soft key in the phone is not functioning properly and so the first call is not getting ended properly which is causing the sped dial to lock when trying the second call as the first call is still on. Also the speed dial configuration may have some issues. Try removing the speed dial configuration and redo the configuration.
